Your responsibilities will include everything from designing innovative recruitment strategies to conducting interviews and fostering partnerships within our teams and externally.

Key Responsibilities :
- Sourcing Talent : Scout for talented Sous Chefs and Head Chefs to fill key management positions.
- Candidate Engagement : Pre-screen candidates, arrange interviews, and ensure potential hires understand our roles and culture.
- Employer Branding : Showcase our company as a premier employer through compelling job adverts, social media campaigns, and targeted outreach.
- Headhunting : Identify and recruit top-tier candidates, including senior management professionals, through proactive headhunting strategies.
- Data & Reporting : Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and market insights to drive informed decisions.
- Partnership Initiatives : Lead social initiative partnerships to support diverse candidate flows and promote inclusivity in our workforce.
- Succession Planning : Work closely with the Human Resources Business Partner and Hiring Managers to nurture internal talent and facilitate career progression discussions.
Skills & Qualifications :
