Job Description:

A Human Resources (HR) Generalist is a professional who oversees the human resources responsibilities and activities of an organization. They manage recruitment processes, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training and development.

Job Specific Requirements:

• This role is responsible for maintaining day-to-day activities including staffing and sourcing, talent development, compensation, policy compliance, and communications for our Commercial Service business in the US.
• This role will also have the opportunity to be involved in specified HR projects.
• The ideal candidate will be organized and analytical and will provide HR client support to Service Managers, Technicians, and Business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support administration of compensation and benefit programs for technicians
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Support and coach managers and complete tasks related to performance management
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
• Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail and analytically driven
