Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:

- Help the supervisor guide team members toward production goals and quality standards; records/inputs production data
- Organizes materials and supplies; helps train new team members
- Observes line operation and notifies appropriate personnel of any issues/concerns
- Follows all work safety policies and guidelines
- Run product at line speed as scheduled by Production and Operations Supervisor
- Maintain ongoing communication with Supervisors/Managers
- Must cross train in other areas
- Perform other duties as assigned; may be required to rotate to various functions within the department
- Accountable to maintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours
