Role Description
Onboarding New Properties: Serve as the primary contact for integrating new properties into our system, overseeing everything from initial setup to ensuring a seamless operation.
Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for site teams on our technology, providing continuous support to maintain efficient operations.
Account Management: Manage existing accounts, collaborating with property managers to enhance their experience and ensure they maximize the value of our services.
Expansion: Assist properties in expanding their use of Buzz by onboarding additional locations and optimizing system usage.
AI Training: Oversee the refinement of AI models by managing resident responses, continuously improving the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI systems.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, and Communication skills
- Experience in addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions
- Knowledge of property management or real estate industry
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in sales or client management is a plus
