What are the responsibilities and job description for the Career Navigator/ Advisor position at BuzzClan?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an online career community to connect with potential employers
- Build relationships with new employers by providing information about the company, the job, and the position
- Help candidates prepare resumes, cover letters, and interview questions
- Assist candidates with their application process through our applicant tracking system
- Provide candidates with resources to prepare them for interviews by answering their questions and helping them research companies
- Coordinate with the HR team to provide additional support to candidates as needed
- Assist candidates in finding their first jobs after graduation or during their career break
- Provide candidate feedback to the leadership team to help drive continuous improvement of the company’s services to candidates and employees
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Career Advisor or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to build rapport with clients and employees
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
