Retail Marketing Manager LATAM & Caribbean
B V L G A R I is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to join its Latin America & Caribbean team!
Reporting to the Retail Marketing Senior Manager LATAM & Caribbean, this position is based in the Miami regional office, located in Coral Gables, Florida and covers the following stores:
Monobrand stores in selected Latin America and Caribbean countries (except Brazil and Mexico).
This position plays a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that supports our stores for Bulgari Jewelry, Watches, & Accessories to achieve its business' goals and brand standards.
Objectives:
- Develop and propose marketing events and activations concepts to support sales growth and profitability at store level.
- Elevate our brand image in our stores, ensure our brand DNA is kept at the highest standards and coherent with HQ vision.
- Devise a calendar of activities to support new client recruitment and retain our existing ones.
- Ensure that activations meet ROI standards while maintaining a high level of execution and client experience
Key Accountabilities
- Build and plan a tailored activation plan for each store (recruitment and appreciation) depending on opportunities, needs and budget.
- Fully manage execution of marketing activations and events for our stores and out of stores working hand in hand with stores team, commercial, logistics, finance and security.
- Identify per market our potential and recruit new clients (drive to store, partnerships…)
- Develop appreciation moments activations for our existing clients (appreciation dinners…)
- Have a performance - oriented vision to build the right activation calendar.
- Be the main brand contact for the store managers on any additional marketing initiative and needs.
- Work closely with regional commercial teams to ensure that commercial objectives and ambitions are accounted for in the proposed plans.
- Liaise with regional and worldwide teams to appropriately integrate local marketing initiatives into overall regional and global strategy ensuring brand consistency.
- Liaise with VM and ID teams to develop a cohesive and perfect brand image in the market including visuals update, curated product selection and appropriate VM tools to support our activations.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance and security all necessary permits and suppliers for the execution of activities.
- Oversee the vendor selection for decorative elements and oversee the production of supporting materials (invites, menus, collateral materials). Select and approve catering and beverage vendors.
- Forecast and manage marketing tools, materials and gifting.
- Process invoices related to event costs.
- Consolidate, manage and control budgets for the allocated markets.
- Report effectively all the activations and events to regional and HQ teams. Provide post event presentations, report and analyze the ROI for each event.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration Required. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury brands including but not limited to events, Marketing activations, VM, CRM.
- Appreciation and understanding of the luxury industry
- Excellent organization and planification skills
- Be detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Positive and focused professional team player.
- Excellent communication skills and strong written and verbal skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint: Outlook; Adobe Acrobat
- 30% travel expected and able to travel to the countries mentioned above
- Spanish and English are a must.
