What is this role like?
The Human Resources manager is a pivotal part of our organization and plays the lead role in maintaining and developing our culture, development, and employee administration. In this role you are the leader in continuing the growth and development of the HR department in a rapidly growing company. You will have the opportunity to be creative in both the development and maintenance of BVRG’s culture, processes, and all around employee experience. Human Resource
- Lead the HR department to provide input into new processes, prioritize projects/enhancements, map business processes, and implement creative and effective solutions that will shape the way BVRG grows and innovates
- Responsible for data integrity of employee/organizational data within the HRIS and online HR systems
- Lead implementation of new HR systems, perform system testing and provide relevant production support, and training to employees
- Manage bi-weekly payroll with employees in multiple states; staying on top of changing tax, and legislative changes
- Lead the recruiting process for the organization from start to finish
- Lead and constantly innovate new hire onboarding and offboarding process
- Generate new hire contracts, promotions, and any relevant employee life cycle changes
- Administer medical, 401k, and wellness plan benefits; managing annual OE
- Creating a culture of belonging and retention through HR processes and programs
- Completing daily dynamic administrative tasks for the HR department as they come up
- Managing employee disputes; being able to manage difficult situations professionally
- Managing PTO and Vacation balances and accruals
- Create and implement a LMS and process to better train incumbent employees to create a more efficient and modern onboarding process
- Help in planning cultural events for office and team
Minimum Requirements:
- 2- 3 years of Human Resources experience ; experience in an agency or hospitality based industry preferred
- Deep knowledge of HRIS, and ATS softwares, experience with LMS systems is a plus
- Must be located in the S. Florida area (role is hybrid a requires weekly office time)
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation/public speaking skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members of extended sales and brand teams
- Has strong business acumen, and experience using including Microsoft Office, Monday, ADP, Bamboo and Slack
- Understands how to get things done by leveraging opportunities against multiple resources
- Thorough knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Keep current with industry and professional trends and developments in HR Management practices
- Ability to exercise sound discretionary judgment and decision-making skills in resolving complex and sensitive employee relations matters
- Ability to successfully utilize negotiation, facilitation, mediation, and intermediary skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required in order to build strong working relationships with leaders
- Excellent communications skills both written and spoken

Salary : $53,800 - $68,100
