What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at BVV Properties, LLC?

We are looking for individuals to transform the unit after a tenant moves out. This will include carpentry, painting, blinds, changing locks, staining cabinets, installation of new carpet or vinyl, etc. If you have experience in any of the above we would like to talk to you. We do require you have your own tools. The job is full time Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 with 30 Minutes for Lunch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
