Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Regional Account Manager to manage our West Coast territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires 50% travel, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities
- Manage sales process from proposal to close, meeting sales quotas and objectives
- Collaborate with the President on key accounts and sales strategies
- Prepare and present quotations, execute sales plans, and resolve customer complaints
- Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry conferences (50%)
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
- Provide market feedback and competitive insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- High school diploma and 1 year of sales experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize assignments
- Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying environments
