Execute and evaluate multiple data systems, provide Project Health reports, and design and maintain processes for Production Control.
Interact with Planners and Schedulers to streamline product flow. Exempt position with salary.
- Create top-level business production plans, providing short and long-term projections (2 years or further into the future).
- Construct various models of present and future contract proposals, to align with business objectives.
- Generate capacity planning data and information tools, and submit to Operations for review and support.
- Identify short and long-term manpower and workcenter constraints in advance.
- Disseminate high-level production plans.
- Deliver project updates to management, PMO and Program Planners to improve daily operations.
- Redirect and adjust Program Planner and Scheduling goals to meet business objectives and contract deliverables.
- Incorporate Assembly &Test into production schedules and supply loadboards with part and operation info.
- Offer hours analysis backing Euclid Site loadboard creation and confirmation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field.**
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in production planning, Inventory Control, or Scheduling.
- Experience using anMRP system.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree
