Collections Representative
The exclusive lending company for Byrider, Car Now Acceptance Company (CNAC), is currently seeking a Collections Representative for one of our top locations!
At least 1 year of collections or customer retention experience is required.

Collections Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet collection goals to allow for a performing portfolio and the credit advancement of our customers
- Seek long term resolution with customers, educate & re-educate customers on the importance of establishing or rebuilding their credit
- Assist in the loan closing process
Collections Representative Competencies:

Hours For Collections Representative:
- 5-day work week
- 40-50 hours per week
- OT Pay
- No Sundays
Collections Representative Requirements:
Sub-prime Collections Experience: Rent-to-own, Cash Advance, Title Loan, Consumer Finance, First Party Collections, Automotive Collections or a related area
- Job Titles: Collections, Customer Retention, Dispute Resolution, Default Prevention or a related position
- At least 1 year of collections or related customer retention experience
