What You'll Do:
Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you oversee the day to day operations of the department and supervise the department team to achieve sales, gross profit and shrink goals. You'll handle receiving, storage, processing, cutting, and trimming meat products; packaging, tying, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and labeling products; maintaining case conditions and stock levels; fulfilling customer requests for product from the meat case and help answer their meat questions; and selection, training, development and scheduling of meat associates.
