We are looking for an experienced Office Manager in a small office to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This candidate will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. The hours for this position are on Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Processing and inputting of all incoming orders
- High level of communication with production team and customers on status of existing orders
- Ability to communicate professionally with all customers via email and on multi-line phone system
- Must have experience in A/R and A/P
- Bank reconciling
- Correctly inputting all invoices into Everest
- Invoicing of all outbound orders
- Professionally respond to all requests or issues from customers, owners and production team
- Correspond with production team on their needs such as office supplies, labels, etc.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Filing, fax, scanning, etc.
- Receptionist duties
Skills
- Office Manager experience/Administrative
- Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software)
- Experience in Accounting A/R and A/P
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self motivated
- High attention to detail
