Position Overview The Auditor II will validate loads to be delivered to customers as part of process to measure outbound loading accuracy. Responsibilities also include deputizing for the IC/QA lead including, identification and execution of audit spot checks, resolution of discrepancies and allocation of work between auditors. Job Description Description Participate in validation of loads to be delivered to customers as part of process to measure outbound loading accuracy Unload pallets by operating electronic pallet jack or identify sample pallet not yet loadedCarry out quality checks :Product wrapped well, stacked well, up the right way, trailer in good conditionValidate product is of good saleable quality via visual check. Escalate to ICQA lead if poor quality or input in iPadValidate product has valid date per rules/exceptions Escalate to ICQA lead if date invalidValidate physical product matches order using handheld scanner : scan product which then automatically checks it off against the order quantity (contained in scanner)Count product unloaded on the floor to double check scanner count, input manual count, adjust count numbers if necessary, including in case of lead spot check identifying a differenceIn case of errors, investigate likely reason by viewing pick slot. Provide information to ICQA lead who enters information into iPadCorrect errors that ICQA lead determines necessary based on customer contract Reload product on pallet onto trailer/return to warehouse team when physical count ties to order value and/or approved by ICQA lead Deputize for ICQA lead and lead validation of loads to be delivered to customers in order to measure outbound loading accuracy, including Allocate work between auditors Identify sample spot checks of floor count checks, execute spot checks and enter into iPad Determine resolution in event of order errors and ensure resolution is completedCommunicate issues to supervisor/customer/operations as necessaryExecute special audit counts as required by supervisor 1) customer product returns 2) damaged product, 3) warehouse transfers, 4) hot store audits, and provide results to Reporting & Analysis team Travel Required:No Environment Warehouse : Freezer (-20F to 0F) Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F) Warehouse : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F) Skills Specialized Knowledge : Special Skills : Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems and software preferred Physical abilities: : You may be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry, and lift objects from 20lbs to 60 lbs.
