Business Services Representative

Under this concept, the Comporium Group is uniquely positioned to offer customers a one-stop-shopping for all their communications needs. To serve the communications needs of business customers with all products and services offered by Comporium including premier customer service & sales. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for meeting basic business service sales goals for regulated & deregulated business services & products. Customer service inquiry and order activity - adding & removing accounts, making changes to existing accounts, providing customer feedback to Supervisor, etc. Basic customer service administration - customer contact in person, by phone, chat, and email. Adherence to all designated KPIs and monitoring forms. Billing inquiries and collection of delinquent and/or uncollectible accounts. Other work related duties as assigned, including but not limited to, special projects, outbound calling, and wireless account maintenance, etc. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma required Must have at least 2 years of customer service and sales experience Basic computer skills; good verbal and written communication skills; customer and sales focused Able to multi-task and possess a positive attitude We firmly believe that our company is only as good as the people we employ.
