Center Director Welcome to Class
The curriculum as a Center Director at C2 Education is a sales position designed for you to lead the charge and partner with employees and parents to help students reach their full potential academically. In this high-profile position, you are highly compensated with an uncapped monthly bonus, plus a 20K quarterly bonus potential in addition to your base salary, you can double or triple your paycheck. Setting you up for success, you will navigate our comprehensive 5-week development program. You will be responsible for business growth and partnering with the local community to increase student enrollment. This position does not require cold calls from the Center Director. All leads are inbound interest calls, and your Education Coordinators are the first point of contact. If you are not afraid of a challenge, can market C2 Education, and your background is sales you may have what it takes to pass the Center Director exam and assist students achieve their goals of higher education.
Looking for A Talent
- Achieves monthly revenue targets through strategic lead conversion
- Work directly with prospective and enrolled families in developing academic and college admissions goals
- Manage a team of educators and support personnel to deliver on all goals for both students and the business
- Oversees center operations to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Builds strong relationships with customers to drive retention through customer referrals
- Generates leads through strategic partnerships with local schools, community leaders, and local businesses
- Tracks progress for students, manages direct reports, and facility
- Works closely with HR to recruit teachers
Qualifications
Get Accepted at C2 Education
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree
- 1 year of management experience
- 1 year in a sales role or education role
- Eligible to work in the US
- 3-5 years progressive growth in management or consultative sales
- Ability to travel in assigned area on a regular basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English, and Mandarin or Korean a plus
- Knowledge of K-12 education
