Job Description
We are hiring an AT&T Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. They will provide dedicated customer support while communicating effectively and accurately recording customer concerns. This position will require clear and professional communication skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities, and in-depth knowledge of our client's products and clients. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a passion for working with customers to solve problems efficiently and with maximum customer experience scores.
Responsibilitites:
• Training in marketing techniques, successful sales tactics, customer relations, and how to conduct in-store promotional events
• Assisting in new customer acquisition on the sales floor
• Listening to customers, assessing needs, and providing them with solutions by demonstrating the features and benefits of our products
• Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
• Actively participate in daily office meetings and ongoing training sessions to improve skills and stay current with industry trends
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a leadership role, sales, marketing, retail, restaurant, or hospitality
• Interest in developing customer partnerships or a career in sales management
• Ability to thrive in fast paced, competitive environment
