About the Role
CaaStle is adding a new Merchandiser to our growing Merchandising team! Reporting into the Senior Manager, Merchandising, this role is a subject matter expert in building strategic launches that support key business initiatives. They partner closely with Marketing, Buying, Yield, and the CPG leadership team to build and manage merchandising strategies and action plans that support sustainable business objectives. In addition, the Merchandiser leads stack rank items that impact clients and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
Lead merchandising, development, and customer experience for a portfolio of brands. This includes partnering closely with Buying and Planning to maximize inventory monetization for CaaStle Exchange Services and operating as a merchandising expert across our Client Partnerships and Growth team.
- Monitor and synthesize site performance through analytics and key metrics; providing cross-program insights and escalations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute site strategies that optimize the engagement and retention
- Develop action plans to support strategic campaigns for a portfolio of sites and platform-wide projects
- Create, update, and maintain product assortments ensuring inventory availability and accessibility
- Tracking and analyzing customer behaviors identifying opportunities and responding appropriately
- Manage and execute seasonal site flips, product arrangement, editorial collection building and navigation bar management
- Participate in site updates including quality assurance processes, content management, and system enhancements
- Identify opportunities and seek new initiatives to maximize customer engagement
- Scale best practices, SOPs, and timelines embedding cross-channel efficiency
