$68,000 plus incentive bonus
Responsibilities:- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates
- Oversee and manage a pipeline of top talent relationships and maintain contact with potential candidates that may be a future match for open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, and implement a recruiting process for legal professionals, such as paralegals, legal assistants, clerks, and associate attorneys
- Promote outreach methods to job seekers, such as referrals, job fairs, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and high volume cold calling
- Record detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system
- Relevant knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and human resource policies and guidelines are vital
- Familiarity with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools
- Excellent communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills are desired
- At least 3 years of experience in legal recruiting, talent acquisition, legal search firm experience, or as a corporate recruiter to the legal market is required
- Bachelor’s degree required - A law degree or completion of law school is ideal
