Key Responsibilities
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets in the cabinet and construction industries.
- Lead and Mentor Sales Team: Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to reach their individual and team sales goals. Provide coaching, support, and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners. Understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage Key Accounts: Oversee major accounts, handling negotiations, contract management, and project coordination to ensure successful outcomes and long-term client relationships.
- Drive New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events. Develop new client relationships and secure new accounts.
