Job Summary:

We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain the exterior and interior of our Association's properties while ensuring owner and Board satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to excellent customer service, making a lasting impact on our residents. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, and skilled in various aspects of general maintenance and repairs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in drywall repairs, light electrical work, and diagnosing maintenance issues related to gutters, tile, flooring, ceiling fans, appliances, doors, windows, paver repairs, painting, pressure washing, leak investigations, etc.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship
  • Prioritize customer service
  • Conduct periodic property inspections
  • Coordinate and execute maintenance/repair related turn events
  • Maintain professional and courteous resident relations
  • Performance Management:
  • Address association maintenance requests and conduct preventative maintenance measures
  • Manage inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials
  • Proficient in computer and internet usage

Requirements:

  • 4 years of property maintenance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Organized, reliable, self-motivated, and courteous
  • Team player mentality
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Maintain a professional appearance

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 4 years (Preferred)
