What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Support Analyst position at CACI?
As a benefits team member, you will administer, troubleshoot, process all Benefits and Compliance for CACI. This position will partner with internal staff and third-party vendors to ensure servicing of all benefits meets internal expectations and are compliant with government regulations.
More about this role:
Review benefit program design, compliance, communications, and administration for employee programs such as Health, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D, Tax Savings Accounts.
Audits cost and usage rates of existing benefit programs to assess actual and perceived value.
Respond and Resolve benefits tickets and escalations on 401k, Voluntary Benefits, Leave and other benefits inquires.
Monitor Data request from Benefit Administration Platform and audit data import/export errors and flows.
Support the Internal HR team on all things related Health and Welfare Benefits.
Lead the invoicing and reconciliation process for all benefits and wellness invoices, to include reviewing vendor invoices, resolving disputes, and reporting fees and costs. Point of contact for AP team and vendors to resolve any invoicing issues.
Provides regular reporting as requested for support areas and corporate required reporting.
Process all incoming mails or support tickets, which includes Medicare Forms, QMSCO, Life Claim Process, Disability, Appeals, etc...
Coordinates transfer(integration) of data to external vendors, plan providers, auditors, and consultants.
Assist in the review of benefit communications such as plan documents, plan changes, presentations and employee communication and notices. Partner with the HRIS/HRBP/finance/payroll team as appropriate on administration of benefit programs.
Performs periodic benefit surveys, compile benefits-related statistics and census data, and summarize survey information to support benefits recommendations.
Provide system and admin support during the annual Open Enrollment process.
Perform other special, ad-hoc projects.
You'll bring these qualifications:
2+ years of benefits administration experience is required
Must be customer service oriented with strong sense of urgency
Must have familiarity with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other federal and state laws that impact benefits administration
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and have the ability to analyze large amounts of data
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills are a must
Bachelor’s degree and PHR/HR Certification preferred
These qualifications would be nice to have:
CEBS, CBP or SHRM professional designations

Salary : $49,900 - $99,800
