What You’ll Get to Do
We are seeking a Health IT Analyst who will be responsible for early, comprehensive and independent program performance throughout the program life-cycle across a portfolio of programs. Duties may include ensuring programs implement CACI strategic expectations while meeting customer objectives. This also includes early risk identification and mitigation; enhancing business outcomes, improving supplier performance, and positioning for growth.

Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues. Communication & Influence: Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function. May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.) Works to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, practices and procedures. Leadership & Talent Management: May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area. May lead projects at this level, requiring responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
*Must be a US citizen and must have (or be able to obtain) a clearance at least at the ‘Public Trust’ level (Tier 3 (T3) background investigation))
*Experience with systems and data in Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs (VA), Logistics, Supply-Chain Management, Medical, Facilities Management, Equipment Management, or Financial Management
*Experience performing data analysis to migrate data from a legacy system to a target system.
*Ability to perform detailed analysis of information requirements and to assist users and other stakeholders to identify and clarify data definitions and business rules
*Needs to understand the use and maintenance of data dictionaries, data models, and data maps in an enterprise business software environment.
*Experience with writing technical specifications, interface specifications, design documents, and other technical documents at a high level of accuracy and quality
*Collaborative team player with flexibility and a focus on customer service
*Requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
*BS/BA degree or related work experience.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
*Knowledge of Defense Medical Logistics Enterprise Support (DML-ES) Systems and LogiCole systems.
