Fuse operations and intelligence to support client priorities of effort and provide strategic and tactical assessments. This position supports a multi-INT fused team solving difficult problem sets. The problem sets include long-term efforts and vary between projects.Required Qualifications:Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.Must be willing to take a Counterintelligence polygraph.Experience: 10 years of multi-INT analysis5 years in or supporting SMU or similar customersIntelligence experience in a fusion environment. Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines, capabilities, limitations, and platforms to include HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT.Proven experience providing reoccurring briefings and/or authored white papers for either Senior Military Leaders (O-6 and above) or Senior Executive Service Officers.Familiar with special operations planning cycles in joint environments.Analytic and technical collaboration and outreach experience.Clear and effective briefing, written, visual, and oral communications skills.Ability to handle multiple simultaneous efforts/tasks.Ability to understand and articulate intelligence and operations integration through data-driven metrics.Knowledge of COCOM and military operation environments.Ability to brief client leadership and colleagues on results of research.Desired Qualifications:Graduate of a USSOF component selection and assessment programs i.e., US Army SFQC, BUDS or another SOF component equivalent.Proven experience serving within an operational or planning staff section i.e., J2, J-3.5, or J-3.9.Responsibilities:Provide innovation and critical thinking skills to customer problem sets.
