Fuse operations and intelligence to support client priorities of effort and provide strategic and tactical assessments. This position supports a multi-INT fused team solving difficult problem sets. The problem sets include long-term efforts and vary between projects.Required Qualifications:Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.Must be willing to take a Counterintelligence polygraph.Experience: 10 years of multi-INT analysis5 years in or supporting SMU or similar customersIntelligence experience in a fusion environment. Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines, capabilities, limitations, and platforms to include HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT.Proven experience providing reoccurring briefings and/or authored white papers for either Senior Military Leaders (O-6 and above) or Senior Executive Service Officers.Familiar with special operations planning cycles in joint environments.Analytic and technical collaboration and outreach experience.Clear and effective briefing, written, visual, and oral communications skills.Ability to handle multiple simultaneous efforts/tasks.Ability to understand and articulate intelligence and operations integration through data-driven metrics.Knowledge of COCOM and military operation environments.Ability to brief client leadership and colleagues on results of research.Desired Qualifications:Graduate of a USSOF component selection and assessment programs i.e., US Army SFQC, BUDS or another SOF component equivalent.Proven experience serving within an operational or planning staff section i.e., J2, J-3.5, or J-3.9.Responsibilities:Provide innovation and critical thinking skills to customer problem sets. Expected to be able to expertly translate creative and critical thinking into written and oral forms.Support organizational objectives by serving as an Intelligence Specialist and Liaison Officer (LNO) for a DoD customer located in Northern Virginia.Provide experienced technical consulting in the planning, direction, and coordination between the organization and operational partners.Expertly find and fuse intelligence information from all available intelligence disciplines.Use highly technical sources of data to derive operational insights and drive missions forward.Identify additional collection platforms and datasets to provide valuable insights or added value to the program's analysis.Use Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) techniques to mine large datasets for analytic leads and developmental opportunities.Perform network or nodal analysis of people, organizations, and locations by fusing cyber data from multiple sources.Communicate collection requirements on large datasets for future development.Duties will include taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into a cohesive analytical product for the senior military audience.Execute the mission through integration of data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT to illuminate entities and networks of interest, supporting the client both CONUS and OCONUS.What We Can Offer You:- We’ve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.- Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.- We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities.- We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation’s highest priorities.- For over 60 years, the principles of CACI’s unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.
