What are the responsibilities and job description for the IPTD Facilitator position at CACI?
The Opportunity:
Play a pivotal role in integrating all levels of Shipyard and Navy project personnel (executives, middle managers, military personnel, supervisory and administrative staff members serving the maintenance community) for successful Integrated Project Team Development (IPTD) Program outcomes.
Purposefully build high-performing Shipyard project teams.
This is a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on building relationships, influencing leadership development skills, and organizing meetings/events for success.
The majority of work is on the customer site to ensure customer needs are met.
Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities:
Simultaneously manage multiple events. Plan and deliver events of varied duration (.5 day - 9 days) for groups numbering 10-200. Customize these events to the development needs of the customers you support.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop strategies for learning and delivery.
Develop and conduct training with a focus on individual development, team development, and organizational development to build high-performing teams.
Manage communications, customer expectations, and IPTD Program deliverables.
Build and develop relationships with integrated stakeholders across the Naval Maintenance Community.
Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 5 years of work experience in training/education, military service, naval maintenance service, or logistics. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with a minimum 8 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.
Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.
Desired:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Any of the following: Professional Facilitation Training and/or Certificate, Project Management Training, Curriculum Development Training, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, Organizational Behavior Training, and/or Team Development Training.
Work experience with the naval maintenance community, the US Navy, or the Department of Defense.
