CACI is seeking a Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst to support a major NAVSEA ship acquisition program based in Washington, DC which manages a high-profile foreign military sales case for a partner navy.

What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide support services to the NAVSEA Program Office for International Unmanned & Small Combatants, specifically the Finance and Case Management Principle Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
Assist in developing Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) for FMS, Foreign Military Financing (FMF), and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) programs.
Assist in developing Pricing and Availability (P&A) for various LOAs.
Assist in establishing Military Articles and Service List (MASLs) as needed to support sale of FMS items.
Provide subject matter expertise on FMS processes and policy updates.
Provide meeting minutes, presentations, and programmatic support for Program Reviews.
Provide meeting minutes, presentations, and programmatic support for various other high-level meeting with U.S. and international partners.
Supervise group of junior and mid-level FMS analysts and related support personnel
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship
Active DOD Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of experience supporting DoD/USN programs.
Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Programs.
Experience using the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint abilities and ability to create draft presentations for program office staff.
Strong communication skills.
Good personal computer and business solutions software skills.
Good presentation skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
Experience supervising small contract teams
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience with a NAVSEA Program Office
Experience with NAVSEA Ship Construction.
