What You’ll Get to Do
CACI is seeking a Strategic Communications Analyst to serves as a primary advisor to plan and implement a strategic communications, multimedia, and engagement programs to the Contested Logistics (CL) Cross-Functional Team (CFT) senior leadership and staff to disseminate key information and activities across Army Futures Command (AFC), and externally, to a wide variety of organizations across the Department of Defense (DoD) and private industry partners.

- Facilitates coordination of communication and engagement efforts to enhance the CFT’s mission, vision, and future direction.
- Advises the CL CFT senior leadership and staff on all current strategic communication, multimedia, web-based platforms, and engagement initiatives, designed to enhance internal and external communication and outreach.
- Develops talking points and key materials for leaders and staff to use at external conferences, meetings, and engagements (to include international engagements); plans and conducts internal discussion sessions to facilitate the strategic communication planning and execution organization wide. Incumbent develops and implements plans, procedures, and policies established to meet the organization’s strategic communication and engagement needs.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to communicate linkages between AFC strategic and business goals to current programs, projects, and partner initiatives in the CL CFT.
- Works directly with the AFC Congressional and Legislative Liaison, Public Affairs Office, Commander’s Action Groups, and Headquarters AFC general/special staff elements to ensure connection between functional area strategic messages and goals, as well as develop major messages released to higher levels of DoD and the federal Government.
- Develops, implements, and executes a comprehensive strategic communication and engagement strategy, designed to inform, and educate CL CFT staff, other CFTs, and external partners about the vision, mission, functions, programs, and services provided by the CL CFT.
- Oversees strategic communication efforts to ensure conformance and alignment with the established mission and strategic goals of AFC.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
- Active Secret with ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
- BS/BA degree at least 5-12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Strong communication and writing skills in the development and dissemination of strategic communication, multimedia, web-based platforms, and engagement initiatives.
- Experience working with AFC Congressional and Legislative Liaisons, Public Affairs Offices, Commander’s Action Groups, and Headquarters AFC general/special staff elements and a wide variety of organizations across the Department of Defense (DoD) and private industry partners.
- Ability to create specialized, targeted strategies to accomplish a measurable objective.
- Ability to design, write and produce clear, professional communications plans, products, and results in keeping with the end-user's needs.
- Ability to clearly identify target audience members and cater to their needs.
- Experience with MS Office and Adobe suite products
