Job Description
CACI is seeking a cleared Warehouse Foreman in support of our program in Fayetteville, NC If you are looking to be a part a well trained and essential warehouse team, CACI would like to speak with you.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Work with a motivated team to facilitate all aspects of logistical actions in support of the Armed Forces.
- Work closely with the warehouse manager and our customer ensuring the right material and documentation is provided to meet TRANSCOM and Customs requirements.
- Work closely with the Receiving, Storage and DLADs team leads to ensure all databases are up to date and correct.
- Ensure the warehouse personnel are following process and utilizing the logistical databases correctly.
- Perform tasks independently and adhere to established policies, procedures and standards.
- Responsible for timely and accurate receipt of all materials and equipment, arriving at the SOCS warehouse or facilities.
- Supervise the facilitation of all warehouse actions associated with Life Cycle Sustainment Management, integration, and training, maintenance and testing of material and equipment stored in all SOCS Warehouse Facilities.
More About the Role:
- Monitor all COLTs work orders from the technician on Life Cycle Sustainment, Integration, and Training.
- Provide COLTs assistance and Integration/LCSM support for the family of communication systems.
- Conduct and Monitor Inventory Management via Colts database for all serialized and consumable parts.
- Adhere to all CACI standards for warehouse functions and enforce that employees do the same.
- Reviewing/updating portal task via SharePoint on upcoming events for Unit Acceptance Training and fielding requirements.
- Monitor shipments are received and logged properly following the receiving checklist and CACI and customers' Receiving Processes.
- Monitor Inventory, received material and submit paperwork to government logistic personnel. Coordinate with storage team for equipment locations storage.
- Verify that preventive maintenance checks are conducted on logistic truck, walking stacker, and forklifts daily.
- Assist with any other projects within CACI Logistics Warehouse as needed to include, but not limited to Shipping, Storage, Receiving and DLADs sections.
- Oversee and Manage the storage of material for LCSM, O&M, and Production.
- Ensure receipted material matches government data bases.
- Ensure that all employees follow CACI process and are held to a high standard of work ethic, customer service, and quality assurance.
- Update all applicable databases and reports in a timely manner.
- Complete other tasks as directed by management. Must be able to adjust priorities based on changes to customer requirements.
- Complete timecard daily however, not prior to 1500, unless you will be out of the office, and sign timecards within DCAA requirements.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- An Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of experience in defense life cycle (acquisition) logistics support (or 8 years if not DAWIA Level 1 certified) of electronic systems, to include: logistics management, principles, practices, and processes. One (1) years of experience in support of C5ISR systems.
- Demonstrated skills, to include: Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines.
- Must have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft office to include excel and word.
- Employee must be able to obtain CACI Forklift and Walking Stacker certification.
- Working knowledge of government form DD 1149, DA 2062, DA 3161, DD-250.
- Employee must understand government contracting and the use of government funds.
- Excellent communication skill is a requirement, this includes both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Must be able to work 5 days a week Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Will work the weekend once a year for warehouse wall to wall inventory.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Worked six (6) years or more in a DoD Supply Service Activity Warehouse.
