Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Cadmium team is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to support the Cadmium suite of products. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work on a cross-functional team to develop messaging, positioning, go-to-market strategy and new feature introduction process for all product lines. In your role as Product Marketing Manager, you will own product messaging/solution messaging, and competitive research. You will also develop the necessary sales collateral for each of the product lines. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into digestible communication is crucial.
To be successful, you will need to have excellent communication skills, and you must be comfortable presenting to all levels of business management, including internal and external customers. You will seamlessly flow between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day project execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Product Management to prioritize product roadmap and reporting, and develop product positioning and messaging that aligns with product priorities.
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise and marketing materials to enable them to sell the product and close the deal with potential accounts.
- Develop marketing content for product launches, including website copy/landing pages, press releases, product sheets, case studies, product videos and webinars.
- Develop sales enablement collateral, including customer presentations and sales training materials, to support Field and Partner enablement.
- Explore additional opportunities for product led growth through strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with broader marketing team on brand and product awareness tracking, and buyer persona profile and journey.
- Demonstrated success in product positioning and launching products to exceed business objectives.
- Build product messaging and unique selling points that sets new products apart from competitors.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field
- 7 years of experience in product marketing and/or integrated marketing in SaaS product industry.
- Strong experience in crafting value propositions, positioning and messaging
- Experience in delivering compelling marketing content (e.g., blogs, webinars, eBooks, etc.) and sales enablement collateral (e.g., customer-facing presentations)
- Must be a self-starter and comfortable working with large cross-functional, nationally distributed teams
