What are the responsibilities and job description for the BAR BACK position at Caesars Entertainment?
General Summary of Duties: Responsible for stocking bars and assisting bartenders as needed.
Example of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):
- Understand and adhere to Grand Victoria Casino and Food and Beverage standards, policies and procedures.
- Ability to comply with and practice the Grand Victoria Casino’s Family Style Service Standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Give prompt, pleasant, courteous and efficient service.
- Utilize alcohol awareness training at all times.
- Complete all side work duties and ensure work area is prepared for succeeding shift.
- Offer a unique service while sustaining a level of professionalism that will encourage all guests to return.
- Ensure all back up supplies stocked, e.g., glassware, napkins.
- Keep all ice bins full.
- Ensure all liquor bottles have a “BERG” hot seal attached.
- Ensure all liquor bottles without seal are returned to liquor room.
Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future.
Qualifications: Must be minimally 21 years old. High school diploma/GED preferred.
Certificate/License: Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License; Illinois Alcohol Awareness Certification.
