This Route Sales Representative is an entrepreneur at heart, and one who thrives in building customer relationships with new accounts and developing additional contacts within existing accounts. This position will be responsible to drive a Company Van/Truck with various Fabrication tools and equipment and use the opportunity to sell to Fabricator customers. With a high level of Stone Fabrication product and service knowledge, this role will identify and solicit potential customers for upselling and establishing opportunities for primary Company products with Quartz, Natural Stone, Porcelain etc.
The Route Sales Representative must possess proven sales ability with capability to meet and surpass targets and goals and valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.

- Drive a van/truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base

- Take orders from clients and prepare products for purchase

- Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary

Job Requirements

- Handling/gripping - Handle tools and equipment; grip steering wheel and levers
- Climbing up and down into Van and customer locations
- Stooping / Crouching - Occasional stooping when accessing equipment/tools in van
