RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination between departments – Operational control over all the departments and effective planning for rush hours (especially the expo station).
- 360 – Knowing everything that goes on the floor, anticipating problems and correcting them, keeping track of trainees, and pushing the team to improve (teaching and sharpening their skills while on the shift).
- Visibility – Awareness at all times, the whole restaurant must be kept perfectly clean from front to back. Being aware of all areas of the restaurant; the team, menus, dishes, coffee, the furniture, the bar, the kitchen, the restrooms etc. - must be maintained.
- Control and management of work process – Ensuring tasks are carried out, preparing for the shift, inspecting checklists in every department, checking stocks, making sure the team is on time, writing and giving a shift brief, ensuring the right ambiance (music and lighting), carrying out the shift change and summary (writing down events, drawing conclusions, updating the next shift).
- Accountability – Assuring guest satisfaction (responding to questions/concerns), walking among the tables (greeting and parting with guests, paying attention to regulars, small talk), cash handling (ascertaining registers' matching, restocking shortages, putting the proceeds into the safe, filling out follow up form).
- Assignments and meeting goals – Motivating the team to be proactive, pushing the up sale (including coffee), follow up, enforcement and control throughout the shift, using the brief as a tool.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
