What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Cafe Lucci?

We are currently looking to fill a full-time management position. Our ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year upscale restaurant management experience
- An overwhelming dedication to customer satisfaction
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer and POS skills including use of Microsoft word & excel
- Ability to form and lead a strong front of house team
- Ability to do inventory & ordering of wine, spirits and beer
- Thorough knowledge of food handling practices
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, craft cocktails & beers
- Able to work 45-50 hours a week.
