We are seeking a full time manager with experience and leadership for our broad and varied daily operations
Strong organization and superior hospitality skills, along with adaptability and predisposition to perform any of the daily tasks.
Main responsibilities:
Constantly ensure optimal facility operation status.
Ensure guests and customers hospitality expectations are exceeded.
Ensure proper completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarter tasks.
Collaborate with kitchen staff on production schedule and operations.
Provide budget and production conscious balanced schedules
Organize shifts and service protocols for different serving modalities through the day.
Managing events and community relationships.
Train and develop staff skills ensuring standards and consistency following OSHA, local and state health codes.
Maintain menu prints, POS entries, schedules, calendar, budgets, inventories, and task lists.
Holds current Food Manager and Alcohol Server certifications or can complete within 30 days of hire.
Math, computer, verbal and written communication skills are a must.
