Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Manage a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance and support
- Schedule and prioritize work orders to meet customer demands
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed
- Coordinate with parts suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary components
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a dealership or automotive body repair shop
- Strong body shop knowledge and skills, including welding, airless paint spraying, assembly, fabrication, and auto painting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proven leadership abilities, able to motivate and inspire a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
