We are seeking an enthusiastic and solutions-oriented go-getter to join the Marketing team as an Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and will gain significant exposure to projects across the spectrum. Projects include, but are not limited to, event coordination and management, developing marketing campaigns, curating and developing content, and digital marketing and product launches. The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude, be detail-oriented, and have excellent project management and execution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage multi-channel marketing initiatives; be an all-hands-on-deck “athlete” across a variety of marketing and strategy-related initiatives
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop, manage, and implement marketing campaigns through reporting
  • Create detailed email campaign analytics reports that will be used to deliver the overall results of the campaign to senior managers.
  • Manage various web analytical tools and prepare reports for metrics evaluation. Learn and understand the life cycle of a customer on the website and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with data and technology tools to merge various data sources with our marketing data.
  • Help document and analyze CAIS’ current digital landscape and work to pinpoint improvements.
  • Cross-collaborate to drive the execution of CAIS product line-specific projects and workflow processes to ensure successful on-time completion
  • Act as a touchpoint for business lines throughout the firm to execute on a wide range of marketing efforts
  • Partner closely with the technology team to manage the marketing campaign reporting process
  • Help manage the CAIS public website collateral process
  • Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest

Qualifications

  • 1 years’ professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, or a related discipline preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Excellent project management and decision-making skills
  • Strong writing, editing, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Design and/or Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus
  • Knowledge of content management systems preferred (example, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, WordPress)
  • Knowledge of email service providers preferred (example, HubSpot, ConstantContact, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp)
  • Understanding of Excel and ability to manipulate data through pivot tables and formulas.
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of financial services and how to apply it to CAIS’ specific segment of the industry
