Job Summary
Customer service representative of the property.
Performs various monitoring duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the pool and community.
Communicate expectations to residents as needed.
General Accountabilities
Greets residents and assures them they are signing-in appropriately for themselves and their guests.
Refill and tidy clubhouse beverage service station.
Attends and assists in setting up resident functions and activities.
Reviews condition of the clubhouse after resident events and assures no damage and all is in order by the resident when the function is complete.
Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
Check-in/out game room equipment.
Secure facilities at the end of the night.
Maintains facilities are kept clean, organized, and in good repair; light housekeeping may be necessary.
May complete chlorine check as scheduled.
Check the Pool Sign-In Sheet to make sure all residents are signed in, all guests are with a registered resident, and all minors swimming without a parent are at least 14 years of age.
Make sure all rules surrounding the pool area are followed and abided by.
Make sure that there are no regular clothes and disposable diapers in the pool.
Check the bathrooms for cleanliness regularly. If necessary, restock toilet paper and/or other supplies. Additionally, check the floor for excess water and mop if necessary. Be sure to use “Slippery when Wet” signs during and after mopping.
Make sure that all swimmers are not jumping or diving into the pool.
Check the pool regularly for leaves and other debris. If debris is present in the pool, use the skimmer to remove it as soon as possible. Please be careful when using a skimmer around swimmers.
Check the level of the pool water periodically – especially on extra hot days. If the water level is beneath regular levels, be sure to add water.
Performs on-call emergency service, as required.
Maintains open communication with Community/Resort management.
Represents Company in a professional manner at all times, on or off Community/Resort.
Delivers various communications to residents as needed
Job Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School or GED
Minimum Experience: 1 Year
Physical Demands
Fully required to sit, stand, stoop, lift, carry, reach, walkabout inside and outside, or be in a stationary position for the duration of the shift.
Required to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing greater than 20 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus.
