Responsible for direct management and oversight of an in-house quick serve Subway restaurant. Oversees and ensures Subway restaurant and kitchen condition complies with company standards including; cleanliness, food handling, store and food service, sanitation, customer service and merchandising – thereby maximizing store profitability, expense control, inventory levels and shortage control. Ensures quality and consistent marketing and merchandising restaurant program. Responsible for restaurant employee recruitment, selection, training, discipline when necessary; while fostering a coaching environment where restaurant staff want to excel and are recognized for their achievements. This is an hourly, non - exempt position usually scheduled for a 40 hour workweek.
