Calamar is currently searching for qualified candidates for our Connect 55 Activities Coordinator position at our beautiful Olathe, Kansas location.
Calamar’s Connect 55 Program is specially designed to bring a wellness lifestyle to all the areas of one’s being. The goal is to provide a lifestyle program that enhances one’s physical, intellectual, spiritual, social and financial well-being. Through activity programming that engages residents to participate.
The Connect 55 Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the lifestyle program in their community. This position requires an individual able to coordinate the activities in their program, introducing new and cutting-edge lifestyle activities that appeal to our residents.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must have a passion for working with seniors with work experience with the senior population highly valued
- Must be able to perform a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that require a basic level of athleticism
- Must be willing to interact with seniors suffering from physical and cognitive illnesses
