Scope of Position:
You're a storyteller, adept at capturing attention and engaging audiences through diverse channels such as webinars, emails, and digital platforms. With a hands-on approach and exceptional project management skills, you're not just playing it safe – you're all about making smart, bold moves, learning from every outcome. You pay attention to data, value team collaboration, ask questions, think creatively, and are willing to push boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns that engage target accounts and target buyers and take them on the journey through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closed deal. (B2B, B2C)
- Craft engaging content and assets and align with cross-functional teams (Content, Product, Sales, Design) to ensure content drives lead generation and conversion efforts across key channels including webinars, direct mail, email, digital media. (B2B, B2C)
- Leverage analytics and performance data to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends and areas for improvement to optimize for maximum ROI.
- Lead weekly campaign stand-ups and administrative follow up, project manage and drive accountability across the team to hit quarterly goals and execution deadlines.
- Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders.
- Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines.
- Use marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey (B2C).
- Set campaign goals and KPIs that align with overall company objectives and build Salesforce dashboards to track them.
- Ensure all campaign tactics are executed in alignment with Caldera Medical’s brand, including voice and tone.
Experience
- Minimum of 6 years in marketing roles.
- Experience in end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, with a track record of quantifiable (revenue) results.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Zoom webinar, Basecamp, Outreach, Asana (or similar systems).
- Strong background partnering with Sales.
- Analytical thinker who can leverage data insights to optimize campaigns and drive decision-making.
- Extensive experience building and managing performance marketing programs to deliver business goals, while optimizing ROAS.
- Ability to build concise campaign briefs and present them to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset with the ability to stay agile and pivot quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with multi-touch attribution reporting.
- Experienced with managing budgets and leveraging data to make critical decisions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000
