JOB SUMMARY
Calero-MDSL, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for a dynamic HR Generalist in their Rochester, NY location. Reporting to the VP Human Resources, you will be responsible for supporting employees across assigned client groups across the United States. You will act as a consultant to leadership while creating partnerships across the organization to deliver HR initiatives.
This position is ideal for an effective communicator, with the ability to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. They typically work at a faster-than-average pace and is attentive to details and both quick and accurate in handling them.
**This position is a Hybrid role in the Rochester, NY area.**
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Provides HR partnership, for both strategic and tactical initiatives, day to day HR support and execution of strategies for assigned client groups.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Recruit, source, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization
- Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Culture champion who identifies areas of opportunity and maintains relationships within assigned team
EDUCATION/SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- A combination of work experience and education may be considered
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience working in human resources
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including HR policy/processes, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Proficiency with HRIS ADP Workforce Now preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office including basic Excel skills
