What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sergeant position at Calhoun Community College?
Command and administrative police work including conducting and coordinating campus surveillance, traffic control, securing buildings, patrol of all campus grounds, accident and crime investigations, and other related safety, security and communication tasks as assigned by the Chief of Police or Lieutenant. The Sergeant will coordinate the day to day operations and schedule appropriate coverage for his/her assigned campus.
Salary: Appropriate placement on Salary Schedule E1, Grade 1: $53,959 – $69,720
