Service Center CSCS TX Job Summary This role is a Product Owner/ Manager of Connected Planning through Anaplan. Builds strong relationships and acts as a liaison between program leadership, IT, cross-functional department leads, and all stakeholders to promote and support successful adoption of Anaplan. Role and Responsibilities Clearly define project objectives, scope, and cascade strategy for each COE Cycle Prioritize all deliverables and initiatives Manages the relationship between the development teams, the business, and our Anaplan System Integrator partner for translating business capability requirements into effective development plans and deliveries for the implementation of Anaplan Serves as a SME and provides expert technical and business process support for Anaplan, including problem identification and resolution and integration of technical solutions. Resolve any opportunities impacting successful execution of deliverables Investigates and analyzes opportunities to help improve business efficiencies and maximize use of Anaplan Communicate progress and goals with stakeholders Collaborate with Cross Functional Business Leaders to understand business requirements and how to best deliver business insights, identifying current business planning cases that could be improved and incorporated into Anaplan Leads design conversations and works in collaboration with Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, and other cross-functional stakeholders to provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions that meet requirements utilizing the Anaplan platform Managing the ongoing evolving of existing models Stay informed on the new Anaplan features and releases and assess incorporation Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required to develop the required skills and knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts used to build Anaplan Models to multiple audiences Strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling Excellent Project Management Skills 4 years implementing enterprise planning solutions Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Completion of Anaplan Model Building Training: Level 1 and 2 Understanding Implementation via the “Anaplan Way” Experience utilizing Anaplan across different lines of business is a plus About Caliber Founded in 1997, the Caliber portfolio of brands has grown to more than 1,600 centers nationwide and features a full range of complementary automotive services, including Caliber Collision, one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers across more than 40 states, Caliber Auto Care for mechanical repair and quick oil change services and Caliber Auto Glass for glass repair and replacement.
