Software Developer - DYNAMICS

Service Center CSCS TX **This is an onsite hybrid role that sits in the Caliber HQ, Lewisville, TX** The Dynamics developer is an integral part of our Dynamics Center of Excellence (DCOE) and is focused on designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics-based solutions that align to our business objectives. The Dynamics developer will work with our DCOE teammates to deliver solutions and create value for our business. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, implement, and support Dynamics-based solutions, with specific focus on Dynamics CRM and Field Services. Design, develop, test, implement, and support MSFT PowerApps applications that leverage the Dynamics and/or Power platforms. Design, develop, test, implement, and support integrations between Dynamics and other systems, applications, etc. Design, develop, test, implement, and support AI-Dynamics-related solutions (e.g., CoPilot, etc.). Lead the evaluation of new Dynamics products and services and provide written recommendations for future implementation. Work with the DCOE and Development teams and follow Caliber’s standard operating procedures and protocols. Participate in DCOE and Caliber IT team events (e.g., team meetings, etc.). Work with DOCE analysts and stakeholders daily to deliver the appropriate solutions, artifacts, etc. Requirements 3 years of general Dynamics development experience 2 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics CRM 1 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics Field Services 1 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting MSFT PowerApps applications Web technologies development experience (JS, CSS, HTML, XML) Experience with API/REST web services and data sources Experience with structured development lifecycles and technical documentation Excellent customer service and communication skills About Caliber Founded in 1997, the Caliber portfolio of brands has grown to more than 1,600 centers nationwide and features a full range of complementary automotive services, including Caliber Collision, one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers across more than 40 states, Caliber Auto Care for mechanical repair and quick oil change services and Caliber Auto Glass for glass repair and replacement.
