- WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL THE KEY POSITION OF SALESPERSON/ESTIMATOR
We are looking for a self-motivated “go-getter” with drive, ambition, great communication skills, willing to learn and have sales/estimator experience.
Responsibilities for Sales /Estimator:
- Responsible for making routine sales calls to project managers, engineers, or other professional and technical professionals to foster business development.
- Communicating directly with clients on challenging projects and providing recommendations in the best interest of the client.
- Build and maintain a client base by going to job sites and letting them know what CCC has to offer them.
- Notice differences between estimated cost and actual cost
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
- Present cost estimates to upper management as needed
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements
- Ensuring that your knowledge of the project and its requirements are effectively communicated to subcontractors and included in the scope of their quote.
- Making sure schedule is in place during project set up and change order preparation for changes in scope of work as project proceeds to completion.
Qualifications for Estimator
- 2 or more years of experience working as a sales/estimator
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to put together a professional presentation
- Ability to create reports on costing data
- Analytical and math skills
- Ability to work well on a team
- Very detail oriented
Requirements:
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Clean Driver’s License
- Excellent computer skills
Required license or certification:
- Valid Driver's license with clean DMV Record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
