Executive Assistant to the Director of Acquisitions - California Energy Brokers

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Director of Acquisitions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in facilitating the director's day-to-day operations, assisting with marketing and communications efforts, managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, maintaining organization, and performing light cleaning duties. This position requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Communications Support: Assist in preparing marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and communicating with clients and partners to support the director's marketing and communications strategy.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle routine administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Organization: Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring that all materials and documents are filed correctly and are easily accessible.
- Light Cleaning: Ensure the director's office and immediate working area are tidy and presentable, including light cleaning and organizing tasks as needed.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, providing research, coordination, and support to ensure successful execution.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information encountered in the course of work.
Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, and experience with social media platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in administrative services or a related field is preferred.
