Job Description
California Eye Specialists currently has 4 Inland Empire clinic locations; Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, San Bernardino and Riverside and 5 offices in the San Gabriel Valley; Tarzana, Pasadena, Monrovia, Glendora and San Gabriel.
We are currently looking to fill a position for Medical Receptionist in a busy Ophthalmic practice that has the flexibility to travel to all of our San Gabriel Valley offices, if needed.
Full Time: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
Required Skills:
- Must have computer knowledge and the ability quickly to learn scheduling, email, insurance authorization, and word processing programs
- Must be able to multi-task effectively
- Must be able to effectively manage very high telephone call volume
- Must be dependable
- Must have good patient service skills
- Must work well with others
- Must be proactive
- Must be flexible/eager to aid ALL staff in accomplishing goals as a team
- Must work thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Because of the diversity of our patient population, applicants who are bilingual will be preferred
