Position Summary:
As a Warranty Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients, contractors, and internal team members to answer questions after a project is complete and to schedule any necessary repairs . This is a high volume position which requires exceptional communication abilities, excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, and an ability to work independently.
- Communication with homeowners and trades is a major part of this job. If you do not enjoy speaking on the phone to customers or trades, this is not the position for you.
Fundamental Components:
- Answer inbound calls from clients requesting information or to schedule repairs
- Initiate and manage warranty claim from start to completion
- Schedule evaluations of in house warranty supers, coordinate and over see all schedule of repairs.
- Estimate repair costs not covered by the warranty terms to present to clients
- Coordinate repairs with installing contractors and clients
- Follow up with clients after repairs to ensure work completion and customer satisfaction
- Process payment information
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE POOL INDUSTRY, ( experience with hardscape, softscape, pool leak repairs)
- Must have computer experience, including the use of email systems
Additional Job Information:
- This is a Monday through Friday with flex hours between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm position (some overtime during repair season may be required)
