The CALPIA Fabric Products program is a Fabric Products program designed to meet California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) institutional needs statewide needs. The Fabric program will train incarcerated individuals with the necessary knowledge and skill level needed to meet the highest possible standards for Fabric Production. In return CALPIA provides training for a skilled workforce in the private sector upon release, reducing the potential for recidivism.
The PIA is looking to fill a Fabric Products position at Mule Creek State Prison. The Industrial Supervisor, P.I. is responsible for working inside a prison directly with incarcerated individuals instructing, leading, and providing Instruction to assist with Fabric Production.
