We’re looking for an individual who is energized by bringing people together and sharing your knowledge and love of the local area. This candidate will have a passion for exceptional hotel service and can express that belief in an atmosphere of spontaneity and authenticity.
The Director of Culinary and Restaurant Operations takes ownership of the food & beverage operations at the resort, both in the heart of the house and in the front of the house. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s culinary operations and provide support and direction as needed in our restaurant & bar (Fleetwood), as well as hotel banquet events, market and other Food & Beverage activations on property. This role is an integral part of the overall Hotel Leadership team.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Monitor restaurant and banquet operations throughout service to ensure excellent restaurant operations are consistently achieved.
Maintain Linen inventory based off of business demand
Compensation Range: $75,000-98,000 / annually

About the Hotel:
The Calistoga Motor Lodge and Spa, is inspired by the traditions of American road trips in the 1950's; in addition to our warm and personal guest service, guest rooms, spa, and unique guest activities, and restaurant, we offer guests the experience of our three mineral pools which are naturally fed by Calistoga hot springs.
